ASSOCIATION OF COMMUNITY PHARMACISTS 2012-15
National pharmaceutical distributors hired us to organize 22,000 independent pharmacies under Association of Community Pharmacists (ACP). We developed the association, created its new Congressional Network, and managed its political action committee (PAC).
U.s. soccer foundation, 1995-2000
We were retained to develop the U.S. Soccer Foundation with proceeds from the 1994 World Cup. We created the organization and developed its national programs to "make soccer a preeminent sport in America."
WORLD AIRLINE SERVICES, 1999-2001
We were brought in by World Airline Services to help manage operations and customer service during bankruptcy proceedings relating to its Leisure Air charter services.
NOPCAS, 2001-05
We established the National Organization for People of Color Against Suicide for mental health professionals to organize and deploy mental health resources nationwide.
electronic industry citizenship coalition 2011-14
The world's leading technology companies retained us to develop the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC), an international association to direct the industry's global supply chain programs. We managed the association until it became a self-sustaining organization in 2014, and developed all of its product stewardship and supply chain responsibility programs relating to "conflict minerals," and environmental and labor practices.
Citizens for Self-governance, 2014-19
We are working with constitutional scholars and political leaders to advance the Convention of States Project, an initiative of Citizens for Self-Governance. The project, to plan and implement a constitutional convention, depends on passing legislation in 34 states, and is organized with support from over 1.5 million volunteers.
CATO INSTITUTE 2011
The Cato Institute retained us to manage board dissension and external pressures that threatened to undermine the nation's leading Libertarian organization. We helped the board resolve its internal differences, eliminate the pressures, and set a new path to build on its powerful brand.
Generic Pharmaceutical Association 1997-2010
We were retained by generic drug manufacturers to create the Generic Pharmaceutical Association (now known as the Affordable Medicine Association). We also provided governance support for the association's board, and guided its government affairs committee as a platform to coordinate all of the industry's federal and state government and public affairs initiatives.
Texas Business Coalition, 2014-17
Business leaders in Texas hired us to coordinate their legislative and regulatory initiatives. We managed the organization, directed plans, and developed legislative, regulatory and public relations strategies.
WORLDVIEW ACADEMY, 2017
The largest Christian missions organization asked us to help re-think its global structure. We helped the organization divide its operation into distinct divisions to improve recruiting, retention, and deployment of its missionaries.
MADD, 1980-85
We worked with a group of parents to create Mothers Against Drunk Driving in the early 1980's. We then helped MADD grow, and pass the National Minimum Drinking Age Act.
MED-PROJECT, LLC 2013-17
More than 150 pharmaceutical manufacturers retained us to develop MED-Project, LLC, a company to manage all of the industry's household product recovery programs. We created protocols and management systems to ensure the industry remains in compliance with mandated requirements of dozens of jurisdictions in multiple states covering more than 12 million households.

We developed the Business Alliance for Reliable Energy to help shape federal energy legislation for national energy producers, institutional users, and their investors.
MYLAN PHARMACEUTICALS, 1997-2010
We worked with one of the world's largest generic pharmaceutical manufacturers on numerous initiatives to identify and expand markets, address competitive pressures, manage intellectual property issues, change federal and state laws, integrate acquired companies, and transition into higher-profit brand products.
